Six screens
Property type, name and address, check-in and check-out times, wifi, welcome photo. That is all padway asks to get started.
For hosts with one to five properties
padway builds the digital welcome book for your rental in minutes. Your guests open it from a link, with no account and no app, in their own language.
20-day trial, no credit card

The problem
Every stay, the same messages, rarely at a convenient time.
The binder on the coffee table cannot answer. It never leaves the flat, nobody opens it before arriving, and it only speaks one language.

What your guest sees
No account to create, no app to install. Your welcome book opens in the phone’s browser, already organised the way a guest looks for things.
Ten languages
French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Turkish. It is not only the page that is translated: your own text is too, automatically, the moment you publish.
Guests switch in one tap, with no page reload.
What it costs you in time
This is the opposite of a blank page. You say what kind of property you have, padway ticks what is in it, you correct.
Six screens
Property type, name and address, check-in and check-out times, wifi, welcome photo. That is all padway asks to get started.
70 amenities, already ticked
Across 12 categories, pre-selected from your property type. You untick what you don’t have, you add what’s missing.
Publish when you want
Editing is free, for as long as you need. Only going live uses a subscription.
Your guide, not a template
The four sections are built around the guest, and that is exactly what saves you time. Inside them, you write what you want, the way you want.
Add your own pages for what the catalogue doesn’t cover: waste sorting, the bike store, the stove manual.
Show the entrance, the bike store, the fuse box. One image saves a paragraph.
Embed a YouTube or Vimeo video, handy when access is hard to describe.
Attach a PDF to the guide: building rules, a neighbourhood map, emergency instructions.
Several themes, and your primary colour of choice.
Choose your guide’s web address, simple enough to read out over the phone.
Several properties
Your recommended places live in a shared library: you write them once, you reuse them in every guide.
What you’re thinking right now
I already have a printed welcome book in the flat.
It never leaves the living room, nobody opens it before arriving, and it only speaks one language. A padway guide travels with your confirmation message, before the journey even starts.
Airbnb already has a space for this.
It is buried inside the app, it does not hold everything you would like to share, and it does not exist for your direct bookings or for other platforms. Your padway guide opens from a link, whatever the platform.
I don’t have time to fill this in.
That is the first problem we tackled. In a few minutes you get a first working version of your guide out. Six screens to start, and the amenities arrive already pre-ticked according to your property type. You fill in the rest as you go.
My guests don’t speak my language.
Ten languages, translated automatically when you publish. You write in French, a German guest reads it in German.
Your data
So it is worth saying plainly where it lives, and who cannot read it.
The robots.txt of g.padway.app closes the whole domain to search engines, and every guide sends a noindex, nofollow instruction on top of that. Your wifi password turns up in no search result.
Guides are served from Frankfurt, and both the database and the photos are hosted in Germany. Processing is configured in the European Union region.
padway sets none of its own. A map or a video only loads once your guest agrees, and our audience measurement creates no identifier.

An unpaid guide is simply unpublished when the term ends. Your content stays intact, and publishing resumes as soon as you pay.
It is the welcome binder of your short-term rental, as a web page. Guests open it from a link or a QR code, before they even arrive, and find check-in, the wifi, house rules, how the place works and your local addresses. With padway it updates in one click and translates itself into ten languages.
No. They open the guide from a link or a QR code, in their phone’s browser. Nothing to install, nothing to create.
You choose to subscribe to continue. Without a subscription the guide is simply unpublished: your content stays intact and publishing resumes as soon as you pay. The trial runs from the day you create your account.
The guide is unpublished, nothing is deleted. Your text, your photos and your addresses stay in your account, and publishing resumes exactly as it was the moment you subscribe again. In the meantime you can keep editing it: only going live is paid for.
Ten: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Turkish. Your own text is translated automatically when you publish, not just the page's menus.
Yes, one guide per property, at the same rate. You only pay for published guides, and your places library is shared across all of them.
